SAR - Shift Arithmetic Right
Usage: SAR dest,count
Modifies flags: CF OF PF SF ZF (AF undefined)
Shifts the destination right by "count" bits with the current sign
bit replicated in the leftmost bit. The Carry Flag contains the
last bit shifted out.
